Sarah Lynn Quick MS, RDN, CDN

Sarah Lynn Quick is the Founder and CEO of Sarah Lynn Nutrition. Sarah is a Registered Dietitian based in Syracuse, New York. After She received her BS in Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta, Sarah went on to receive her MS in Community Nutrition also from SUNY Oneonta.

Sarah has had experience in both acute and long term care settings. Sarah’s true passion is nutrition counseling in which she gets to transform people’s way of life through the power and knowledge of food and nutrition. She strongly believes in her ability to help clients discover a healthier and happier life without giving up the foods they love.

Aside from her passion for food and nutrition, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, being active in fun ways, and traveling to new places all around the world.

Megan DeChatelets MS, RDN, CDN

Megan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is also certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition based out of Dallas, Texas. Megan is also the Clinical Nutrition Manager of Integrative and Functional Care at Sarah Lynn Nutrition. She earned her BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University, and her MS in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University, along with completing her dietetic internship at University Hospitals in Cleveland.

Megan has experience as a clinical dietitian, providing medical nutrition therapy for a wide variety of conditions; however she has found her passion in nutritional counseling. She truly believes food is medicine and loves empowering others with the information they need to live a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Megan also has nutrition expertise in gastrointestinal health such as GERD, IBS, Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis, and SIBO.

Outside of work, she loves being active by going to the gym, hiking, and playing tennis, as well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren Gustafson MS, RDN, CDN, LDN, CPT

Lauren Gustafson is a Registered Dietitian nutritionist currently specializing in bariatrics and weight management in Chicago, IL. Lauren received her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics from Benedictine University and her Master of Science in dietetics degree from Loyola University Chicago.

Along with nutrition and healthy eating, Lauren also has a passion for fitness and received her personal training certification through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). Lauren started her bariatric career as a member of an interdisciplinary team at a busy surgical program, helping those who wanted to pursue both surgical and nonsurgical weight loss. Since then, Lauren has transitioned to working remotely and counseling patients telephonically with Sarah Lynn Nutrition, along with leading a team of dietitians as Lead Dietitian. Lauren particularly enjoys helping patients post-operatively live a balanced lifestyle and combat weight regain.

When Lauren is not counseling patients, you can find her in the gym lifting weights, at home catching up on shows, reading, or cooking.

Macee Fay MS, RDN, CDN

Macee is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located in Upstate New York. She is a Russell Sage college graduate, earning her BS degree in Nutrition. She is currently finishing up her Masters degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.  

Macee was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when she was sixteen years old, requiring her to completely change her diet and eating habits. This sparked her interest in the field of nutrition and helping others who face similar dietary restrictions and health challenges. Macee truly believes in her ability to help clients live a happier and healthier life through the power of nutrition.


Outside of work, Macee enjoys staying active by going to the gym, spending time with her nephew, as well as traveling.

Marissa Donofrio MS, RDN, CDN

Marissa is a Registered Dietitian based in Rochester, NY. She is a D’Youville College graduate with a combined Bachelor and Master of Science Degree in Dietetics. Marissa practices as a Registered Dietitian at MVP Healthcare working with members for nutrition support in managing chronic conditions including diabetes, heart disease, and weight management.

Marissa is passionate about getting to know people and their health journey in order to help better understand and achieve their health and lifestyle goals. She believes that all foods can be enjoyable in moderation and finds physical activity to be just as important as nutrition. She enjoys educating clients on how they can create a healthy balance with food and incorporate activity into their daily routines.

When not working, you can find Marissa at the gym, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Erica Aitken MS, RDN, CDN

Erica is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist practicing out of Buffalo, NY with an additional certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She is a D’Youville College graduate with a combined Bachelor and Master of Science Degree in Dietetics. For the past two years, Erica has worked in the outpatient setting counseling on nutrition's healing effect seen in IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), GERD, Gastritis, Gastroparesis, Malabsorption Disorders, Food Allergies/Sensitivities/Intolerances, and the list goes on. 

Erica’s story is kind of twofold. She is a patient herself but also a provider. Her passion for pursuing a career as a Registered Dietitian, dates to the day of her diagnosis of severe Crohn’s Disease. Her own personal medical journey has helped her be able to advocate, empathize, and connect with her patients on a much deeper level. She personally knows how debilitating gastrointestinal conditions can be affecting day to day quality of life.

When not working, you can catch Erica at the Farmer’s Market, hot yoga class, out to coffee, or trying new foods and restaurants with her husband who also just happens to have Crohn’s Disease as well.

Anne Campbell RDN, CDN

Anne is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located in Albany, NY. The path that led Anne to the field of nutrition was somewhat non-traditional. Anne taught second and fourth grades in New York City and locally, in Albany. Having spent almost a decade as an elementary teacher Anne saw first-hand the strong link between a child’s behavior and their food intake. After having a son and navigating the stressful world of what/what not to feed your baby, she decided to return to school to pursue a degree in Dietetics. Anne attended Boston College and received a BS in Communications and Business and most recently is near completion of her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. In addition to a passion for healthy lifestyle, Anne is an accomplished runner, having competed four years (at an NCAA Division I program) in Cross Country and Track. That experience also allowed her to gain extensive insight into the many facets of sports and nutrition and the implications involved.

Anne has developed and implemented healthy cooking programs in local community centers and schools. During her dietetic internship, Anne worked in acute care at St.Peter’s Hospital in Albany, NY focusing on cardiovascular health. After witnessing the immense need for preventive care, Anne decided to work in the field of counseling. Knowing that diet is one of the leading predictors of total chronic disease risk, Anne is passionate about providing individualized care that will help her clients achieve optimal health.

When not working, Anne is spending time with her family. She is usually in the kitchen with her children or on the trails.

Caroline Green MS, RDN, LDN, CDN

Caroline Green is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located in Dallas, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University in Denton. She has also received specialized training in integrative and functional nutrition and obesity for adults and children.

Caroline has worked in both community and clinical settings counseling patients for bariatric surgery and non-surgical weight loss. As the previous program dietitian for a weight management and bariatric clinic, she understands the struggles and triumphs of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle and helping individualize a plan for each patient. She has worked with a vast variety of health conditions and finds solving her patients’ unique nutritional challenges to be her passion.

At an early age, she watched family members use a food as medicine approach to battle life-threatening diseases and is passionate about teaching others to do the same. Caroline is ready to partner with patients to sort through nutrition myths to develop a positive relationship with food for a happy and healthy life!

Outside of work, she enjoys running and going on long walks with friends. She also loves to develop new recipes and cook for family and friends.

Morgan Belgarde RDN, CDN

Morgan is a Registered Dietitian based in Tampa, FL. She earned her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from North Dakota State University. She is also certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Morgan has experience both with community and acute care clinical settings. As a clinical dietitian Morgan provided medical nutrition therapy to a variety of patients with chronic medical conditions such as weight management, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.

Choosing dietetics as her career path was an easy choice as she loves to educate others on viewing food as fuel and the ability to have all our favorite foods! 

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys trying new foods, long walks, enjoying the sunshine, spending time with loved ones, and traveling to new places.

Gretchen Walsh MS, FNTP, RWP

Gretchen is a dynamic and driven nutritionist with a BS in Health Science and Nutrition from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs and a Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Her extensive experience being "married to the military" for almost 19 years has honed her skills of adaptability, time management, and task prioritization. This experience has given her a deep appreciation and understanding of people, cultures, traditions, and simplicity.

Gretchen's experience, communication skills, and creativity make her an excellent social media coordinator and public relations director. She excels at creating engaging and informative content that resonates with our followers. She is committed to staying relevant, qualified, and educated in the nutrition field, and will start her path to becoming a Registered Dietitian this summer. Gretchen is an invaluable member of the team, bringing her passion for nutrition and unique perspective on life to everything she does.

Brianna Wallenhorst MS, RDN, CDN

Brianna is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located in Buffalo, New York. She is a D’Youville College graduate with a combined Bachelor and Master of Science Degree in Dietetics. Brianna is passionate towards nutrition and wellness and is eager to share her passion with others. She has worked for a nonprofit organization for over 7 years where she has helped people discover the many ways good nutrition can be delicious, fun, and accessible. Brianna currently implements nutrition education programs to over 450 families living in high need areas throughout Western New York every year. She has experience is developing recipes, working with chefs, and making healthy alterations to staple dishes without ruining the taste!

Outside of work she enjoys going to the gym and running half marathons. Personally, she sees the impact nutrition has on her body and mental health when training for a race. When properly nourished, she is truly amazed to see the impact food has on your body’s ability to function.

Brianna prioritizes having a personalized approach with every client. She encourages an overall balanced eating pattern which incorporates all foods. She is passionate about helping others use food as medicine to be able to live a happy and healthy life and to work together towards meeting your goals.

Cara Cooper MS, RDN, LDN, CDN

Cara Cooper is a Registered Dietitian located in Charleston, South Carolina.  She is a Winthrop University Alumnae, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition.  

Cara was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic when she was 5 years old and grew up telling people she wanted to be a "food doctor."  She has a passion for helping others with diabetes management, healthy weight goals, and creating a healthy lifestyle.  Cara has worked with pediatrics through geriatrics since becoming a registered dietitian in 2016.  She enjoys working with all ages and their varying nutrition needs.

Outside of work, Cara enjoys spending time with her family, soaking in the sunshine and traveling.

Caroline Tussing RDN, CDN, CPT

Caroline is a Registered Dietitian and certified personal trainer based in Arlington, Virginia. A proud alumna of Virginia Tech, Caroline earned her Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. Her journey continued with a comprehensive dietetic internship at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she specialized in diabetes and counseling.

Caroline's expertise lies in personalized nutrition and exercise counseling, where she serves as a catalyst for clients embarking on transformative lifestyle changes. With an unwavering belief in the profound impact of food and nutritional knowledge, Caroline has honed her skills in solution oriented counseling, offering guidance to individuals striving to enhance their well-being through the transformative power of nutrition. In her practice, Caroline emphasizes the importance of balance, advocating for sustainable and healthy routines to improve eating habits with a focus on fostering lasting positive changes in the lives of her clients.

In addition to her professional dedication to nutrition, Caroline embraces a well-rounded lifestyle filled with various activities that bring her joy and balance. She carves out time for gentle and enjoyable physical activities, such as practicing Pilates, taking long walks around the city, and playing volleyball. Caroline also enjoys exploring new cuisines in the nation’s capital and volunteering her expertise to the local food bank. 

Alessandra Favale MS, RDN, LDN, CDN

Alessandra is a Registered Dietitian based in Raleigh, North Carolina. She earned her BS in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and her MS in Nutrition from Meredith College. 

Alessandra specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and has experience working in Residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care. She practices from a non-diet perspective, utilizing the Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating frameworks to help individuals find a peaceful relationship with food. Her philosophy is centered around the belief that food is much more than just food, providing nourishment both physically and mentally. 

Given her passion for the psychology behind nutrition, she also specializes in the gut-brain connection and is certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, providing guidance for clients struggling with various GI conditions. 

In her free time, Alessandra loves being by the water and often visits her favorite place, Wrightsville Beach. She also enjoys staying active, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Berit Young RDN, CDN

Berit is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is based in San Diego, CA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. She then completed her Dietetic Internship through Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Berit has worked in both community and clinical settings, as well as providing virtual nutrition counseling. She has experience working with populations to help with weight loss, high cholesterol, diabetes, and gut related issues.

Berit’s passion with nutrition comes from her love of food, the power it has within our lives, and helping individuals feel comfortable and confident in their own body! She believes that food can both nurture us and be enjoyed. Berit believes that finding a healthy relationship with food can be life changing!

Aside from being a dietitian, Berit is a mom to a 2-year-old girl. She enjoys strength training, being outdoors as much as she can, cooking and spending time with her daughter.

Courtney Moskal MS, RDN, CDN

Courtney is a Registered Dietitian based in Buffalo, NY. She began her career as a collegiate tennis coach and sports nutritionist for the University of Richmond and James Madison University where she helped undergraduate student-athletes enhance their performance via nutrition. She then worked in a variety of clinical and corporate settings helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Additionally, she works with a local Employee Assistance Program to conduct individual nutrition counseling.

Courtney is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping to identify ways to optimize their life through food. After having children, Courtney became enthusiastic about pre-and post-natal nutrition. As a certified lactation counselor, she provides breastfeeding support to families who are thinking about breastfeeding or who have questions throughout their journey.

When Courtney is not with clients, you’ll find her on the tennis court, running a few races and finding new places to travel with her family. But her favorite thing of all is cheering on her kids alongside her husband.

Noelle Fines MS, RDN, LDN, CDN, IFNCP

Noelle is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is also certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She earned her BS in Dietetics from Dominican University in River Forest, IL, along with completing her dietetic internship through North Shore University Health System at Evanston Hospital in IL.

Noelle has been an outpatient dietitian for four years, counseling and providing medical nutrition therapy to many conditions including; GI, autoimmune and thyroid.  She is passionate about educating people using a “food as medicine” approach and loves helping people make sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes to support optimal wellness. Noelle also has two years of training at Kendall College Culinary Arts School in Chicago, IL. She has been a private chef and had her own Personal Chef and Catering business.

Outside of work, she loves going on long walks with her dogs, cooking and trying new recipes, reading, and spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Carly is a Registered Dietitian located in Buffalo, NY. Carly practices out of both of our Rochester and Buffalo office. She is a D’Youville University graduate, where she received a combined Bachelor and Master of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Carly truly believes food is medicine and loves to empower others to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle following a personalized approach. She enjoys educating clients on the power of nutrition and movement. Her true passion is medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in which she has the ability to help clients live a happier and healthier life.

Outside of work, she loves being active by doing strength training, yoga and walking, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Genevieve Kelley MS, RDN, LDN, CDN

Genevieve Kelley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located in Frederick, Maryland with an additional certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Prior to pursuing her degree in nutrition, Genevieve graduated from Trinity College with a degree in French Language and worked in the translation industry for four years. After living in both France and Hawaii, Genevieve became interested in the cultural aspects of food and started considering a career change. Upon training for her first marathon, Genevieve met with a Registered Dietitian and realized that nutrition was her true calling. She attended Russell Sage College to complete her Dietetics coursework and recently completed her Master of Science Degree in Human Nutrition with a Clinical concentration from the University of Alabama.

Genevieve has previous nutrition experience in both rehabilitation and long term care settings but her true passion lies in nutrition counseling. She enjoys developing a relationship with clients and believes that all foods fit in a healthy diet. As the mother of three young children, Genevieve is also passionate about pre- and post-natal nutrition as well as the joys and challenges of feeding children.

Outside of work, Genevieve loves hiking and exploring nature with her husband and children. She enjoys traveling, running, yoga, experimenting with new recipes and baking with her kids.

Nissa Curtin RDN, CDN

Nissa Curtin is a registered dietitian based out of the Albany office with a rich background in both culinary arts and dietetics. Beginning her journey at Berkshire Community College's culinary arts program, she cultivated a deep appreciation for the intersection of food and health. Graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Nutrition, Nissa further honed her expertise in dietetics.

Her diverse experiences include a comprehensive dietetic internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. During this internship, she gained exposure to a range of clinical settings, such as Berkshire Health System’s hospital and its affiliated outpatient offices, as well as a pediatric outpatient office and elementary schools within the Northampton Public Schools system. Throughout her internship, she worked with a wide range of patients, from pediatric to oncology, diabetes, and dialysis patients, fostering her passion for personalized nutrition care and one-on-one counseling. Nissa's philosophy revolves around making food an enjoyable and integral part of life, emphasizing addition rather than restriction.

Nissa's commitment extends beyond the workplace. An avid cook and food enthusiast, she constantly explores new culinary horizons and enjoys dining out across the Northeast. In her leisure time, she finds solace in activities like hot yoga, walking outside, and hiking in the picturesque Berkshires, all while enjoying time with family and friends.

Regina Ludovico MS, RDN, CDN

Regina is a Registered Dietitian based in Syracuse, NY. She completed her undergraduate and masters program at SUNY Oneonta in Nutrition and Dietetics. Regina practices as a Clinical Dietitian at Upstate Medical University. She has experience working with a variety of populations including bariatrics, acute rehab, psychology, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and nutrition support.

Regina’s interest in nutrition stemmed from her sister’s diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes at a young age. She believes that all food can be enjoyable in moderation. This philosophy is the foundation of the goals she sets for her patients.

Aside from being a dietitian, Regina is a certified group fitness instructor and enjoys teaching cardio strength classes. She also stays active by kayaking, taking kickboxing classes and continuing her love for dance.

Dana Kent RDN, CDN, CLE

Dana is a Registered Dietitian based in Oceanside, California.  She earned her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University- Chico and completed her dietetic internship at Napa State Hospital.  Studying nutrition was an easy fit for Dana with her interest in health and  love for  gardening  and cooking.  She is also a Certified Lactation Educator and Registered Yoga Instructor. 

Dana has worked in a variety of capacities ranging from implementing farm to school programs, to Women, Infants and Children (WIC), and nutrition counseling for group and individual chronic disease prevention and management.  She is passionate about prevention and reversing chronic disease, and specializes in improving health through weight loss, breastfeeding education, prenatal/postnatal care, infant and child nutrition.  She takes an intuitive eating approach to nutrition counseling and guides her patients to trust their bodies and improve their relationship with food.

In her free time Dana enjoys traveling to different countries to explore food cuisines. At home she has a bountiful garden, enjoys making delicious meals, and spends time moving her body including surfing, yoga, snowboarding and anything in nature. 

Sara Over MS, RDN, CDN

Sara is a Registered Dietitian located in Buffalo, New York and seeing patients out of our Rochester and Buffalo office. She is a D’Youville College graduate with a combined Bachelor and Master of Science Degree in Dietetics. Sara is trained and experienced with Motivational Interviewing and certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She has strong empathy for those feeling stuck in their nutritional progress and has a passion for helping people work toward their personal goals by meeting them where they are in their journey and helping them discover and focus their “why” (reason for their personal goals). She practices Health at Every Size and breaking the “diet culture” through an Intuitive Eating approach.

Sara has worked in a variety of settings including Extended Care / Rehabilitation, Hemo and Peritoneal Dialysis and Post-Acute Home Care. She has a strong desire to continue learning throughout her career knowing that there is always room to grow as a practitioner as our world continues to change and new research is always emerging.

In her free time, Sara enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and 4 children. She enjoys running, bike rides and taking her boxer “Maggie” for walks at the park.  

Heather Dorsey RDN, CDN

Heather is a Registered Dietitian based in Syracuse, New York. She has been a Registered Dietitian for 26 years and began her career at Upstate Medical University as an inpatient dietitian covering post surgery and transplant patients. She then spent several years as a renal dietitian at Dialysis Clinic Inc in Syracuse New York and, finally has been working as an outpatient dietitian for the last 16 years for Upstate Health Care Center working with a variety of diet and disease managements.

Heather feels being healthy is a lifelong journey that nutrition plays a key role in supporting. She loves working with all types of clients from diabetes to weight management. And she believes in helping her clients make healthy choices and build a good relationship with food to fuel their bodies. 

When Heather is not with clients, you will find her spending time with her family. Family is a very important part of her life, as well as her two beloved dogs, Lucy and Louie. 

Rachel Watkins MS, RDN, CDN

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian located in Syracuse, New York. She is a graduate of Syracuse University where she received her Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and her Masters in Nutrition Science, along with completing her dietetic internship at Duke University Hospital.

Rachel specializes in working with patients with eating disorders, working in multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, as well as outpatient services. Her passion is to help heal her patient's relationship with food through integrative and personal nutritional care. Rachel has also worked in pediatric nutrition as a nutritionist at WIC.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys supporting local music and artists, cooking with friends, hiking, and generally any outdoor activity.

Danielle Eller MS, RDN, CDN, CSP

Danielle is a Registered Dietitian based in Albany, New York. She earned her BS in Nutrition from Syracuse University and her MS in Nutrition from New York University.

Danielle completed her Dietetic Internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She worked as a Registered Dietitian there for eight years, specializing in pediatrics and the ketogenic diet for children with epilepsy. Danielle has experience with nutrition counseling for a variety of populations including nutrition support, weight loss, oncology and diabetes. 

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, yoga, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. 

Brittany Craig MS, RDN, CDN, CSO

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian located in Rochester, NY. She is also a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition and holds a certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Brittany earned her BS in Community Health Education from Ithaca College, and completed her dietetic internship, as well as a MS in Clinical Nutrition, from New York University. She then spent several years working with Mount Sinai Hospital, most recently in the Oncology setting. 

Brittany has extensive experience addressing diverse nutritional needs, such as those related to oncology, women's health, fertility, weight management, IBS/IBD, and diabetes. She is fueled by a passion for the transformative power of food on well-being, offering personalized nutritional guidance with a holistic approach that embraces inclusivity—believing all foods fit.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys staying active, whether it be flowing through a yoga class, enjoying a hike in the great outdoors, or out for a run. She also enjoys cooking, attending live music, and is an avid traveler.
