This can be altered by your seamstress along with your dress. The belt is not attached to the dress (original cost $750. 00). It is an absolutely gorgeous dress. Simple, clean tailored lines that is a classic, timeless look. Side Note: Maria Menounos wore this dress in fuchsia to the 2013 Academy
