This is a direct replacement quick release plate for the ProMaster 24P & 30P Video Tripod Kit (codes 5889 & 68734) It has both 1 4 20 and 3 8 16 mounting bolts as well as a spring loaded, retractable anti twist pin. The anti twist pin is also removable. Having both a 1 4" 20 and 3 8" 16 mounting bolt gives you the flexibility to mount this plate to most cameras
allowing you to take photos of landscapes and group photos far easier than ever
